The food was fabulous. Everything was perfect, including the perfect location by the best places to eat, shops, and Playa Del Ingles attractions. - the staff was very helpful. - the rooms were well-equipped and brand-new, with reliable wifi.

The rooms here are brand new and fully equipped with comfortable beds, a microwave, air conditioning, and a personal safe, offering pleasant views.

Stayed in a superior bungalow, well-equipped kitchen, nice terrace and view, great pool with plenty of sunbeds. Cleaning done regularly and no issues with hot water. Excellent location near Yumbo center and a quiet night's sleep. No bugs!

The hotel was quiet with outstandingly accommodating staff. An excellent location close to the beach. - the property was so close to what Playa Del Ingles has to offer. - Shops and restaurants were close by. - Dorotea Pool Bar, positioned 400 meters away, was a great place for drinks.

Great location near Yumbo with no noise. Deluxe apartment with aircon, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. Private garden with terrace and sunloungers. Excellent price compared to other places. Looking forward to going back soon.

The location of the hotel is ideal, situated between the beach and the yumbo. The bungalows themselves are spacious and great value for money. We especially loved the private terrace and garden with a view of the pool. The kitchen was well equipped and the hot water was more than enough for four people. The hotel also had a nice swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds available. Additionally, the maid service was excellent, with regular cleaning and bed-making. No cucarachas to be found anywhere. an excellent stay!

The location of the hotel is excellent, being very close to the beach, in the neighboring garden, and also to the Yumbo Centre. the bungalow itself is spacious, with good-sized bedrooms and a nice private patio/garden area. the kitchen is well-equipped, and the pool area offers plenty of sunbeds for relaxation.

Some guests have mentioned basic accommodations and issues with cleanliness, such as broken sunbeds and a stale smell in the sofa.

The bungalows had a private garden and patio, which was a great feature. the pool was a decent size with plenty of sun loungers available. the location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was close to a shopping center and plenty of restaurants to choose from.

The cutlery and kitchen equipment needed to be replenished. the wifi was expensive and not available most of the time.

We had a fantastic stay at Bungalows Betancuria! the location was perfect, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away, and the beach only 10 minutes away. the bungalows were clean and comfortable, and we particularly loved villa number 37 with its spacious garden and balcony, perfect for outdoor dining. the staff were incredibly helpful, especially William at reception, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We definitely plan to return!

great location, near to the Yumbo, but quiet for a good sleep. Clean apartment, comfortable beds, and regular towel changes. The host, Oscar, is a wealth of information. Close to restaurants, beach, and stores, with easy access to island buses. The terrace is a nice spot to relax and smoke. a modern and comfortable stay.

Kitchen was dirty and fridge looked old and rusty.

We had a fantastic stay at the bungalow in a great location. The beds were very comfortable and the accommodations were spacious. We especially enjoyed the lovely little complex in a quiet area of Playa del Ingles.

One specific situation that happened to us was the bathroom needing some attention. Unfortunately, the bathroom had mold and a shower that needed cleaning.
